I've seen it, and in my opinion its an ok movie worth seeing once, I wouldn't buy it, that is unless you're really into teen sex comedies, and even then this movie is probably only average within its genre

Jaime King does a topless scene. That's a plus.
Otherwise, the movie has some funny spots but I don't remember a lot about it. I saw it around the same time I saw Wet Hot American Summer and the two kinda blur together in my head, despite being completely different in tone.

I remember seeing an edited version of it on The WB. I enjoyed what I saw, but if it's in the $5.88 bin, then I might just go and pick it up. 
I still think that Wet Hot American Summer is a better movie through (when I first saw it, I hated it... but on later viewings, it completely grew on me).
