"Mr 3000" looks like it might be a cool little flick

looks pretty good. good premise.
one MAJOR problem though... if that play actually goes down like that in the movie, where he tags the guy at first... that's a balk. the pitcher is in a motion, and on the rubber without the ball. balk.
but it was probably just edited that way in the preview.
similar situation in "Rookie of the Year" I have to watch that again to see if it's a balk in that movie. don't remember if the pitcher actually stepped on the rubber.

While I understand that the box office is how everyone judges movies these days.....fuck the box office.
If I go see it and I like it that's all that matters. "Sky Captain" isn't doing well at the box office but it's probably one the best movies Ive seen over the last year.

The premise sounds like fun, and if almost anyone besides Bernie Mac was in it, I would give it a chance.

Besides, if it does shitty in the box office it makes it less likely you will see anything more like it.

1. No I didn't.
2. Who cares. You only need one. I would prefer they come up with new shit rather than rehashing.
