M. Night documentary?

I read on another forum that there was a documentary coming out about Shyamalan......has anyone else heard this?

The guy is only 33 years old. He's directed 5 movies. Unless its a Behind the Music, I wouldn't count on it.

Hmm....thats a little disappointing, I would think after 5 movies and 33 years, there'd be enough to make a good documentary....

oh well.....thats why I asked...

:lol I'd love to see a documentary on him. He seems like such a normal guy who makes great movies.

Yes, I've heard about it. Beyond the fact that it is directed by Nathaniel Kahn, director of last year's Academy Award nominatied documentary My Architect: A Son's Journey (good movie by the way), I don't know much.

You'll probably hear more about it when the press onslaught for The Villiage begins.

If there's a documentary I hope he can explain this piece of crapola:

Have you actually seen Wide Awake? It's a good film.

You know, I know "Shyamalan" is not the easiest word to spell, but the subject header sure takes the cake in terms of mangling this guy's name!

In defense of Mr. Shyamalan, I will say that he has said in the past he was extremely dissatisfied with the results of Wide Awake. The script that he wrote is not what is seen up on screen, and I have been told that the studio basically booted him off of his own movie so that they could fix it. All one has to do is look at the Executive Producers and you'll see that it's very plausible.
