agreed, this movie was wack. I'm glad that I only rented it and didn't buy it.

I've watched it a couple times on DVD since seeing it in theaters. My opinion hasn't changed. I enjoy it a lot. It's a good, fun, mindless popcorn flick IMO.

It's the sort of widely praised movie that makes me question just how much these people doing the praising actually get out... present company excluded... I picture some older lady who plays bridge on the weekends and has seen about 4 movies a year since childhood. This is the sort of movie that should've just bombed and been widely ignored. Was it? Maybe it was.

It certainly wasn't a blockbuster.

I'm not saying it's a great film. It's not by any means. But I find it entertaining for whatever reason.

Just like some people like the Resident Evil movies. ;)
