Favorite Moments of The Oscars

Besides ROTK winning 11 Oscars, some deservedly, others, well maybe cause the Academy just had Attention Deficit Disorder (I'm not complaining) what were your fave moments during the telecast?

Mine had to be Jack Black and Will Ferrel performing the Oscar Song. It was hysterical! Loved it.

"You're Boring, Look at Catherine Zeta Jones, She's Snoring"

I have already forgotten what he said, But I also enjoyed Bill Murray presenting. I probably enjoy just about anything he does though.

By the way, Can we please put an end to the CRYING ACTRESS ACCEPTANCE SPEECH! Makes me want to gag every time.

The already-mentioned Jack Black/Will Ferrell tune

Billy Crystal sitting on Clint Eastwood's lap and singing "Old Man River"...."Don't you sing no more!" (A shot at Eastwood for singing "I talk to the trees" in PAINT YOUR WAGON)

Adrien Brody going for the breath spray right before annoucing Best Actress

But that's about it for me...a very UNFUNNY show, overall...

I missed part of Oscar. Can you summarize what Charlize Theron said?

Tim Robbins' speech closing. Very unexpected (who didn't think he would say something political?) and yet, much more powerful.

Sadly, I thought the best part of the Oscars was in the 30 mins before the actual ceremony, where that idiot was going around interviewing actors in the auditorium. I was shocked at how unprofessional this boob was. I was sitting on the edge of my seat, certain that at any moment someone was going to grab him by the shoulder and throw him out.

I've never seen them do this before, and somehow, I have a feeling they won't be doing it again next year.

I definitely thought Adrien Brody's breath spray was the funniest part of the show.

I thought the funniest thing was when Robin Williams came on stage and grabbed Billy Crystal's hand and said: "San Francisco wedding cake!" That was hilarious!!!

I'll second the performance by Mitch and Mickey.

Really makes me wish that the short Mighty Wind tour had come out here.

I thought the best moment was the dynamite performance of The Triplets of Belleville song. I mean - wow! - no wonder they saved that one for last because it blew the rest of the song performances out of the water!

The Adrian Brody bit was pretty good.

I also liked the montage at the beginning, but mostly the scene where Nicholson sees Crystal naked and they both start screaming, ala Something's Gotta Give.
