Need Help Identifying a Movie VERY LITTLE INFO

I need help identifying this movie - I have no idea what it is but need to know its title. If anyone can do it I'm sure its someone on this forum. Any help is much appreciated.

It contains the following scene:

A doctor approaches a womman patient, examines her eye and they says she has schizophrenia based on his eye examination.

Thanks

Good luck. I've had less luck with more descriptions.

I haven't actually seen the movie even - does a scene like happen in possessed in which a doctor diagnoses schizophrenia without any real tests?

Thanks a lot - I really appreciate it.

vasb, I haven't watched "Possessed" in a very, very long time so I don't recall one way or the other if the scenes in the movie play out exactly as in your description. Sorry. Does anyone else remember or have a taped copy that they can check?

The good news is that TCM is showing "Possessed" on March 23 so we can see for ourselves. And this time I plan on taping it.

vasb, any more information, such as the approximate decade and/or genre of the film?

It is possible the film in question is The Snake Pit (1948).
