steebo777 06-29-04 08:28 AM

Looks like a good time.

harosa 06-29-04 10:21 AM

Couldnt tell much it was so small, wait til later on to judge,

Jonny2k1 06-29-04 10:41 AM

I couldn't tell what the big plot change was, but it did look pretty good. I didn't realize Ryan Reynolds was in the movie before, so that's pretty cool.

angryyoungman 06-29-04 03:02 PM

How big a part does Triple H have in the movie?

clemente 06-29-04 07:43 PM

Hard to get exited when the quality is so poor that I can't see what's going on. Though one of the bits I could see that completely sweet was Blade jumping with the Marvel logo in the background.

chanster 06-29-04 08:04 PM

Love the Blade series. Looks good!

New Blade 3 Trailer!!

I'm guessing that they've attached it to the Spider-Man showings. So here it is for you guys who haven't seen it yet

draven31 06-30-04 09:48 PM

That looks pretty damn good.

PopcornTreeCt 06-30-04 10:02 PM

Looked good during Spider-Man last night.

Abranut 06-30-04 10:12 PM

This should be interesting. It's directed by David Goyers who wrote all three Blade films. As far as I know, he doesn't have much experience as a director, but hopefully he'll be able to do well in his mainstream debut.

tofu 06-30-04 10:41 PM

Looks good. Can't wait to see it.

Although, it's weird to see Parker Posey in a non-indie movie, espeically as a vampire (?)

birdseye 06-30-04 10:55 PM

I recently watched the first two Blade movies for the first time and I can't wait for Blade Trinity. That trailer is pretty cool.

Deftones 06-30-04 11:02 PM

looks good.

Oh, Snap! That was Parker Posey!? I gotta watch that again.

too much 06-30-04 11:10 PM

Jessica Beil - not Parker Posey.

Looks pretty good.

Bluebomber 07-01-04 12:58 AM

Well I wasn't too impressed with it, too many quick cuts to really make out anything interesting.

Um, look again. Parker plays a vampire, Biel a vampire hunter.

The trailer itself; ho-hum, nothing we haven't seen before. The fact that a lot of footage is actually from the first two films felt wrong, a sense of "hey, THOSE films were alright, so you'll see this one without watching a lot of footage, right?"

Actually, I think this was just a rush to get the trailer out while Spider-Man is in theaters. This doesnt come out til December 10, over 5 months from now.

The teaser trailer for Blade 2 had very limited footage and that came out with one of the Lord of the Rings movies, 5 months later Blade 2 came out. So the fact that there is little footage of the movie doesnt mean anything.

They are just marketing with what they have to deal with.

asianxcore 07-01-04 12:20 PM

looks sweet. I can't wait for this.

chanster 07-01-04 01:30 PM

Goyer also wrote Batman Begins

Real excited about this. Blade is a classic of the comic book genre and its modest scuccess in theaters and big success in video helped the comic book movie renaissance that we seem to be currently in.

Blade 2 was a good flick as well, A bit deriative at times, but a fun ride.

too much 07-01-04 11:18 PM

Sorry, didn't see Parker Posey in the trailer. Guess I should have looked closer.
