Movie Making Help - where to find?

I've been working on a short film of my own for some time now. It's a digital short around 30 minutes that is fully animated, employing a simplfied version of the Waking Life asthetic and using CG to create all the rest.

Now, I've been pretty much doing this on my own. I learned the technology, developed my own methods using Adobe, and have come up with something that looks decent for my means (which, by all means, are not much). So really this is a no budget endeavor, and essentially a one man production so far (save for the actors I recruited).

Now, being over 30 minutes I have an enormous volume of work to do myself. If I stayed focuesed, I could probably do it all in a year or 2. But that gets tiresome and is longer than I care to spend. Sooooo...my question to all you forum folks is...where and how can I find people to help? All the work I need is on the computer, so I don't even really need to be in the same city as these people (I'm in Los Angeles though). But I need animators, people who are decent with Photoshop and After Effects. I haven't a clue where to find people. I don't have money to pay people, so of course I need to find enthusiastic people who do it for the love of it.

Unfortunately I've moved around a lot so I don't really have a circle of friends in Los Angeles who are film devoted. So does anyone have any suggestions of where I can look to find people? I made a posting at www.mgla.org , and I'm hoping you guys can point me in the direction of other websites and real groups that might lead to finding people who would be willing to help.

Oh, and if any of you guys are interested just shoot me an e-mail [email protected] . But otherwise...any suggestions would be great. I need to verse myself in the film community more so as to have more contacts...but for now, I need to find out how and where. Thanks.
