love this movie, how many low budget movies have such an amazing cast:
Jackie Chan, Jamie Farr, Roger Moore,Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr,Burt Reynolds, Dom DeLuise, Peter Fonda, and of curse the always hot Farrah Fawcett
my favorite parts

I remember renting this childhood favorite when I was in college and finding a lot of the obscenities removed, or at least it appeared such. Can anyone else confirm that this was edited for a video release, and is the current one also censored on DVD?
I also seem to remember Hot Wheels doing a line of Cannonball Run cars with Captain Chaos on the label, fun times!

Cannonball Run wasn't a low budget movie.
It's still funny and holds up a lot better than you'd think. Dean Martin and Sammy in the Ferrari is classic.

I wonder who they would use if they did something like this nowadays? Do you think some of the racers would include Nick and Jessica or some members of the LOTR fellowship? I hope not!
