A Question About Big Fish (Very Minor Spoilers) - PLEASE HELP!
Can someone help me, and let me know whether or not I have just made a gross error?
I just went to see this movie, but walked out, as it seemed the projectionist had missed out a huge chunk of film.
Is it right that as the little girl hangs Edward Bloom's shoes, we cut almost immediately, and without warning to the giant guy signing a contract with Danny De Vito to be in the circus?
Seemed strange to me, and the whole cinema walked out, but hey - this is Burton, so you never know...
Thanks in advance

No it's not supposed to happen that way. I think your theater missed the best part of the movie. Sounds like a reel is missing. You should have gotten your money back.

The best part was the guy who worked at the theatre. And I quote:
' You see, Burton has done things non-sequentially. He jumps a lot, and thats why it doesn't make sense.'
Something wasn't making sense all right, jackass...
