Was Andy Serkis also in the end carrying the pumpkin?

At the end, when the four hobbits are sitting around the table having a drink, was he the hobbit carrying the giant pumpkin? I swear it looked just like him!

It does look like him, but it's not. I had to look twice also.

I saw it for the third time today... and I could have sworn it was him, but I might be mistaken.

I highly doubt it is. I can't say for sure because I've seen ROTK twice- not really paying attention to the 'pumpkin guy', before I read that people think it's him on the internet.

I just don't see why they would stick Andy in as a hobbit at the end- extremely cheesy idea in all regards.

Someone else told me that the 'pumpkin guy' is the same blasted drunk hobbit in FOTR. That makes more sense to me.

No, it isn't. Just read an interview where Andy says so.

I do love the reappearance of Mr. Proudfoot, though.
