I noticed that DVDEMPIRE has it listed for pre-order with a street date of 2/24. Has anyone seen it? Is it any good?

In answer to your question, its far from great, but not completely unwatchable. It wants to be Rosemary's Baby, but doesn't have any of its attributes. Here's the plot: Meredith Salenger loses her mother in a freak accident and her mysterious aunt (Joanna Pacula) comes to live with her and her father. The aunt seduces the father and targets her for some sort of creepy evil ritual where she will suck the life from her.
