Okay, I'm going to break down mine into on topic and off topic:
On Topic: Day-O from Beetlejuice, as lip-synched/danced by the Dietz family and company.
Off Topic (general music used in a film): House of the Rising Sun in Casino

Cheating a bit here since it's a movie about a band, but...
The Commitments
... where the titular band perform "Try A Little Tenderness".
The whole scene is played to be the Commitments at their best, and it's a knockout rendition of the song. All the band gets into it, the audience is into it, and we all love the band as they all come together...
Oh, she may be weareeeeaaaahhh....

Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome - "The Kids", Marice Jiarre. (atleast I think that's the song). It's the most innocent, catchy tune I've ever heard. I'm quite fond of that tune.
