over all it's 47 films more then you have ever directed.
Yes, and while I'm not a film director, I can certainly say that I know things Spielberg doesn't, because I have another occupation in which I'm better than him.

In any case, Jackskeleton your argument is weak and childish... maybe you should change your nick to Nelson Muntz?

I'm sorry that I prefer David Lean and Andrei Tarkovsky to Steven Spielberg, since that is obviously such a sour point for you. However, I will go on with my own value judgments, as I'm sure you will. The internet is, oh, such a wonderful thing. Happy Halloween!

*edit* I'm sorry for what might seem to be thread hijacking, but it all started from the original question about Indiana Jones 4.

Mark my words: I 'm afraid that it will be a bad movie (at least compared with the first two), but I'll be the first to publicly admit I was wrong, should that turn out to be the case.

I'd like to see Indy 4. I don't really see it as the fourth part in the Indy adventures but rather an epilogue. Just a nice way to catch up with old friends.

thanks for the advice but I'll stick to Jackskeleton. Get off your high horse, You stated he is overrated and has done a lot of crap films, I provided a long list of films. Sure some are a little lack luster, but there is a great number of films on there that will not fall through the cracks and be forgotten.

Your arguement sounds snobby and really, if you dislike spielberg so much why even open a thread about his future projects?

*Edit*, cause it's the coolest thing to get on a personal attack and then edit it to make it sound like it's not a thread highjacking. --rolleyes-

You might be afraid that it will suck but if it does, it doesn't effect the other three films. Much like trigger said, it's better then having Lucas and spielberg screw around with the old ones. We wont know till we see a preview or the actual film. so it's pointless to claim what it will be like at this stage.
