Go see "Thirteen" NOW!!!
I just saw the independent film "Thirteen" recently, with Holly Hunter and Evan Rachel Wood. It was a great film and the performances were terrific, especially by the 16 year old Wood. She definitely deserves, at least, an Oscar nomination. I strongly urge everyone to see this movie, because it is very intriguing and is told very realistically by the writer, who is 15 year old Nikki Reed. This is, without a doubt, the best movie i've seen this year, followed directly by the amazing "American Splendor"!!!

Meh, I thought it was a decent flick. Defintely a bit melodramatic as well, even though I'm sure 13 year olds occasionally do go through stuff depicted in the film.
