Movie Quote Help
 

My friend needs help figuring out what movie a certain quote is from. We tried IMDB and Google, but no luck. Supposedly it's from a older comedy, and the quote goes something like this:

-I'm here to fix your fin

-My what?

-Your fin

-My what?

-Your fin

-My phone?

-Yes, that's what I've been saying all along

Sellers dresses up as a telephone repairman (weird glasses/mustache/false teeth/etc.) to gain access to a house to snoop around/plant a bug/retreive something/etc.

Isn't this the one where he tries to get rid of a "bimb"?

I believe this is part of the same scene where he asks the guy "Does your dog bite?"

"No."

[Clouseau pets the dog who promptly bites him]

"I though you said your dog did not bit!"

"That is not my dog."

I think it's in Revenge of the Pink Panther.
