What movie is this??

OK this is not a request for a specific movie, but more for movies with the same plot.

It's a movie where the girl has everything; house, jewels, money; her parents are the ones with the money, but she's not happy. She meets this guy who is poor or isn't as rich. They meet and she falls in love with him, but in order to be with him she would have to leave everything behind. So in the end she and him are together, living together, she doesn't have all the money as she did, but she is now happy.

oh yea, she is set to marry a guy who her parents has choosen for her and she doesn't want to marry him, she wants the poor guy and her parents disapprove.

I know there are a couple of movies like this, any of them who help, thanks.

One movie that comes to mind is Cocktail, although I'm fairly positive that Elizabeth Shue's character was set to married anybody before she met Tom Cruise's character.

This sounds like 34.51% of all romantic comedies.

Coming to America has a similar plot but the sexes are reversed.

Titanic, except for the part about
Spoiler:
them living together at the end

I have to agree with Titanic. It gets all this praise and makes bank, yet it is just like every other movie out there except it takes place on a boat that sinks. I will never understand the appeal, Blah.
