Anything Else trailer

The great Woody Allen is back with this tale of a dysfunctional relationship between a young man and a young woman played by Jason Biggs and Christina Ricci. It also stars Woody, Stockard Channing, Jimmy Fallon, and Danny DeVito. Looks awesome and funny ( Two things Hollywood Ending wasn't ). I don't want to hate on Ricci or anything, but that is one weird shaped head she has. Her weight loss has only accentuated the odd curves of that cranium. Every thing else about her body looks good though. You know what I'm saying?

I wish Paul was in every movie, but alas, the world is an imperfect place. Maybe he'll be in the remake.

Actually - I watched the trailer just now... looks like it might be good.

What I found odd is that this is a Woody Allen film, but one in which he is the star but you'd never know it judging from the trailer, a very weird approach from the studio, maybe seeing if this can appeal to non-Woody fans. I agree with them in that I think his movies attract a die hard following who see anything he does but I know his movies dont do blockbuster business so I can see why theyre targeting a diifferent audience other than the ones they already know will come.

This is the 2nd trailer I've seen in two days from a filmaker I really like (the other being Intolerable Cruelty), that looks in no shape or form like one of their films and fills me with no interest to see them.
Although I'm glad that Woody is stepping aside from acting the lead in every one of his films. And also that what's-his-name isn't imitating Woody in his preformance (the way John Cusak does unbearably in Bullets Over Broadway).
