Silly time waster (game!)

Ok, a bunch of the people at my office were playing this game (we are all movie buffs) where you try to see how high you can count using movie titles...

Rules: 1. Must be a mainstream movie (No obscure dutch films, the majority of people must have heard of it... if not seen it). 2. The number must be spelled out or numeric, In other words #14 can't be "four teen princesses" even though it should really get extra points for creativity! 3. No sequels, Friday the 13th part 6 can't be used for both #13 and #6 4. No porn (see rule #1)

Lets see what people come up with... personally we couldn't get past 13. I will post the rest of our list tomorrow... but just to get started.

1. One trick pony
2. 2 Days in the Valley
3. Three Days of the Condor/Three O'Clock High

victant 07-31-03 01:46 AM

Ok... now there's a challange. I wanna see what you come up with for say 723?

jdpatri 07-31-03 10:09 AM

Aside from the Brakhage short, Song 26, I think that numbers a void.

123. Taking of Pelham 123

okay so we're not there yet.... but I just thought of that movie and thought it needed a mention. :D

johnglass 07-31-03 10:27 AM

Yeah, except the (overly strict) rules kind of disqualify all of those.

Hey come on... I said no porn! :D

Drexl 07-31-03 04:18 PM

Also, add 8 1/2 between 8 and 9. The sequel to The Naked Gun (2 1/2: The Smell of Fear) can go between 2 and 3.

Trigger 07-31-03 10:42 PM

Then you could get up to Naked Gun 33 1/3

Drexl 08-01-03 02:19 AM

Wait, I forgot-he said no sequels, so the Naked Gun ones can't count.

Hmmm, what about X-Men 1.5?
