CHASING AMY is a classic.
I saw it for the first time on video when it first came out
and have seen it several times since.
Jason Lee is brilliantly funny for example....his scene in the club when he figures out their not straight.
One of my favorites.
Jay and Silent Bob was the next "funniest" in my opinion.

I think Chasing Amy is one of his best written movies. I just find 3 of his other movies a bit funnier.

Clerks. Some great works in Chasing Amy, then downhill. It seems the bigger the budget, the less heart makes it into the film with Messr. Smith.

1. Chasing Amy
2. Clerks
and the other three are just not nearly as good, IMO, and I would much rather watch the Clerks animated series than the other films.
3. Dogma
4. Mallrats
5. Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back -- hugely disappointing with very very few moments I enjoyed.
