How old is Spielberg?

IMDb says he was born in 1946 and this is the popularly held date of birth.

In "Easy Rider, Raging Bulls" the author, Peter Biskind, suggests that Spielberg lied about his age (making himself younger) to make his accomplishments seem all that much more amazing (ie. "Wow! He made jaws at 28!!!" when in fact he was 32)*

Does anyone know for sure?

*I'm just making up number here

He's got a lot of kids... so he must be pretty old.

Having said that, he is a pretty good old director. And he seems to be improving with each year.

Keep the momentum up, stevie!

To know exactly what Steven's real age is, you have to count how many electric toothbrushes he used up during his life and then divide this number by 2. People closely related to the director claim he changes his electric toothbrush twice a year and had done so for his whole life.

Hoping this will help you. :D
