I'm glad the movie with the embedded ads opened behind the Jamie Kennedy movie and Holes.

Poor Chow Yun Fat... by all rights this man should be getting roles from the best directors in the business, instead of some goofy 'American Pie' slash 'Iron Monkey' flick... I'll wait for the video on that one.

I'm glad Bulletproof Monk made very little money...hopefully they'll think twice about a BM2, and instead make a GOOD movie.

But how many 'top directors' are making Kung-Fu/Karate movies? I haven't seen him in anything other than martial arts movies. If he doesn't do other movies, don't expect top directors to come calling.

Um, last weekend WAS "Bulletproof Monk"'s first weekend, period. It opened Wednesday the 16th and had made $3 million up until last weekend's figures, or a total of $11 million Wed-Sun.

The only Kung Fu/Karate movies he's made are Crouching Tiger and this Bulletproof Junk movie. He isn't famous for his Kung-Fu films.

Malibu's Most Wanted made more money than Bulletproof Junk because it's a better movie. I'll check out Malibu's Most on video...I'll NEVER check out Bulletproof Suck.

Very impressive, considering you really didn't hear much about it until it came out to rave reviews. I think this movie is going to have legs.

Honk!

I would love to see a sequel. Enjoyed the first one and think a second one would be even better. As far as I am concerned, they already made a GOOD movie with the first one, but I know I am in the minority with that opinion.
