I can't think of this movie....
It was a chiropractor, who's wife was murdered (maybe) who then becomes a super hero, wearing one of those suits that you can see all his organs.

is there another title for this film, I can't seem to find it anywhere under this name. I thought it was something like "The ....Man?" I could be wrong though.
