Like John Stewart said the other night, can't we get back to what this movie is all about.....oversexualizing a 14-year-old girl?

So lets see, images of the WTC towers are supposed to reduce me to a quivering nurotic, and the peace sign means someone is an evil, un-american anti-war nut. Jeeze, I wish the Hollywood would put out a notice for us slower people when they suddenly relabel cultural symbolism.

War. It's good for America.

as silly as this all is, I understand what WB was thinking. The purpose of a movies marketing campaign is to tell people, roughly, what the film is like. Considering how many people around here complain about dishonest marketing practices by the studios that lead to View at the Top being sold as a comedy, etc. I don't have a problem w/ them clarifiying a potentially vague marketing campaign. The movie isn't about a peace-nic going to england so why mislead anyone?
That would be an interesting and intelligent train of thought.... but I think you are overestimating the studio people. Somehow I can't believe THEY would come up with that...

First of all... it is NOT censorship.. No government organization is demanding that this poster be changed or it will not be seen in public. the studio is making it's own choice on this, stupid as it is, it is still not censorship..

that is all.

Please use Censor and Censorship in a proper way next time folks.
