Snatch vs. Pulp Fiction
 

Some friends of mine and I have been arguing over what's the better movie. What do you guys think? My stance is Snatch.

Pulp Fiction

Brad Pitt was the best thing about "Snatch," IMHO, while I enjoyed all performers in "Pulp."

This should really be in the movie forum, since it's not specifically DVD-related, but I'll throw in my two cents. Pulp Fiction by a country mile

All I know is if Jules Winfield was in Snatch, then he would have gotten the diamond in no time and he would have been saying one line over and over again to every character, especially Brad pitt's..

Pulp Fiction cant even be touched movie wise.

Both great flicks.

As far as Snatch goes, it's Ritchies best movie - and a damn good one, but Pulp Fiction is easily one of the best movies ever made. Not many can come close.

I think Pulp Fiction is a better movie than Snatch by far. I am not saying that Snatch isn't a good film, but I don't rate it as high as a lot of other people do. Pulp Fiction on the other hand is just a great movie imo.

Are you kidding? Snatch is OK, Pulp is phenomenal.

Snatch is way overrated, Pulp Fiction is a MUCH better movie in just about every aspect.

I find both movies to be highly overrated, though entertaining in their own ways. But Pulp Fiction is definitely a stronger film.

Pulp Fiction, hands-down

Snatch is a car wreck. Of course we love Brad Pitt, and it's one of his best roles, but that does not a movie make. I love watching that movie and trying to spot how many films and directors Mr. Ciccone has pilfered from. And you can damn well bet Tarantino would never resort to a puppy dog as a plot device. I"m not one to pray at the altar of Pulp, as it's by no means a perfect film, but don't even compare it to Snatch.

I deleted Snatch off my Tivo half-watched but liked Pulp Fiction.

Pulp Fiction hands down. I like Snatch alot though.

Pulp Fiction. Even Lock Stock... is better than Snatch.

I think both are quality movies, both a GREAT. It is really hard to compare these two movies, since they are not that similar. But, if forced to only be able to watch one, it would be Snatch.
