HK film FULLTIME KILLER opening March 21 in LA and NYC
FULLTIME KILLER starring HK favorite Andy Lau is getting a U.S. theatrical release, opening o March 21 at the Cinema Village in NYC, and Laemmle Fairfax in LA.
Their press info states "Staged with one brilliant set piece after another and referencing some of the great American and Hong Kong action films of the past several years, FULLTIME KILLER is a dazzling confirmation that Hong Kong cinema is alive and well."
I have the DVD, and it is a winner all the way, with solid action sequences, and lots of litle in-jokes for fans of action films - the press release is right! And even tho I have the DVD, I'm looking forward to seeing this on a big screen with an audience.
