Romantic Comedies for GF for Valintimes Day that I could enjoy also

Yes, I finally got someone! I was thinking about giving her a Romantic Comedy for Valentimes Day that I could watch with her and not get bored since this isn't my favorite genere. No Julia Roberts movies please. I was thinking about MBFGW but thats all I can think of for the moment. Any help would be helpfull.

The reason why is because it is not a comedy, except for all the cursing, and their is romance but not a romantic comedy type. It is however an excellent movie that i recommend over all the others on my list.

BTW, it is Valentine's Day, not Valintimes. I'd hate for you to look bad spelling it wrong on your new GF's card.

I HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE romantic comedies with a passion. Can't stand them. Fortunately my girlfriend doesn't like them either.

But there is one that I really dig & my girlfriend loves.

Beautiful Girls. The cast is really good (except that fat waste of life Rosie O'Donnel) but she is barely in it. Natalie Portman is amazing in it, it's just a really good movie. And it would make for a great V-day movie on a cold winter day.

[sarcasm]Yeah, Amelie is one of those movies taht if you feel like reading, you better stay away from. If you are fluent in French, you may enjoy it. I don't know how it got so many good reviews, especially since it's not even in English![/sarcasm]

I actually enjoyed Amelie. I would definately suggest that film if you feel like something different. I also kind of enjoyed Serendipity, although it's kinda depressing if you think about it...

Ummm... Where in that did i say i didn't like it because it's not in english? Please answer me. I'll have you know i liked plenty of movies that are in different languages. If your going to insult someone's opinion please insult them the right way.

I was kidding, man. Just makin' a joke crackin' on some people who don't like to read movies. In no way was I insulting your taste in movies. Just a little joke. BTW, after re-reading that post, it seems kind of incoherent. I'm not really sure what I was thinking when I posted that...oh, well. Sorry again.
