What's next for Coppola?

Alright, so he's faded since the 70's, the last film he directed was Jack. . .and well, yeah, let's leave it at that. Still, I would like to see him make some films, I think he's still got it. I went on IMDB.com and it had "Megapolis" listed as his next project, but there was no info written about it. So does anybody know what it's about, or about Coppola's whereabouts as of late?

Actually, he directed John Grisham's The Rainmaker (which was quite good) after Jack. I heard he might be helming Jack 2: The Death of Jack. ;) Actually, I liked Jack, too. (Yep, I'm the one.)

I haven't heard anything about Megalopolis, but he's writing this one. Let's hope it's better than Supernova.

You make it sound like Jack was a bad movie ;)

Supernova wasn't really his movie. He just tried editing together the footage Walter Hill shot to make something...somewhat ok. Didn't work. Now "thomas lee" gets the credit for that movie.

The Rainmaker was good, but that was a film that really didn't need to be "directed" (like Apocalypse Now, Godfathers, etc)

(i'm not sure if that above makes since, hopefully someone knows what I mean)

Plus it didn't feel like a Coppola film.

Jack on the other hand, was pure Coppola! :)

Not sure about his next film. Sci-fi?
