Underrated
 

I was once again watching Clockers the other night, and I am still amazed at how overlooked this film was. I believe it ranks as Spike Lee's second best achievement.

Great acting, emotionally Powerful and artistically shot; just don't know why it got missed.

Some movies, Like Donnie Darko for one, get a second life on video when people are more willing to pay for a rental, but others, like Clockers just never catch on.

What other films do you feel have been Underrated or Overlooked?

Two excellent films that had no just release to be recognized by a large audience. Few have seen these gems.

These films are noticed because of their excellence in certain areas, but were censored because they actually showed true life situations. They are a different type of underrated.
