hard target
 

I read at a John woo fansite that there is an uncut version of hard target. It only adds like 5 minutes to the film but most of it is bloody scenes.

Where can I find this dvd?

I tryed dvdpricesearch and all it had was the Rated R version.

Supposedly the Japanese (R2) edition is uncensored, but don't be quoting me on that, since my Japanese laserdisc version is the same R-rated trunscated edition. Having seen the complete work-in-progress version, it really is amazing how extreme some the violence/gore was actually shot, there are some definate scenes that you know would never make it into an R-rated film (particularily the ear lobe removal scene and the downtown New Orleans 'night' street murder of the homeless vet)
