Most sequels watched in one day?
 

Just wondering how long some of your movie marathons have been where you sat and watched sequel after sequel of one particular movie series in one sitting...


My record?

It's a tie:

1) I think the day ROCKY IV opened in 1985, I sat and watched ROCKY I-III on VHS for six hours straight (this is wayyyy before DVD) to prepare myself for the Italian Stallion's newest theatrical adventure w/the Russian.

(ROCKY IV sucked in comparison, btw).

2) When BACK TO THE FUTURE PART III finally came out on video, I watched all three films in order from I to III in one day. It also helped to skip the opening credits and end credits of each sequel to make the movies like one huge epic film.



How about you?

well, funny this got mentioned today, as last night i had a Beverly Hills Cop Marathon and watched all 3 flicks... but i think maybe 4 or 5 is the record... before Star Wars ep2 i watched 1,4,5,6 and then went to my showing of 2.... so I'd say probably 4...can't think of anything else that has a lot of sequels... I've had longer marathons when it comes to tv shows though, like watching all of 24 in a day, or a 13 episode Sopranos marathon....
