Obviously most of these would have a slim chance of being made.
But I'd like to see either Secret Wars or the Infinity Gauntlet.

Crisis on Infinite Earths
after all the Superman & Batman movies, the Flash, Wonder Woman, Birds of Prey, Smallville, Batman & Superman tv shows (even Justice League)... Crisis could tie all of them together and create some steady continuity.

Anarchy and the Bane miniseries that came out in 97/98. And Image's "A touch of Silver", not really a miniseries but still a book i'd love to see made into a film(or a HBO series).

It's my opinion that superhero movies generally get worse and worse the more characters that they contain. There just isn't enough time to introduce and differentiate a whole bunch of characters PLUS have an interesting story.
Obviously, there are execptions to the rule, but I've found that stories with a single hero and one or two villains work best. I think Spiderman worked so well because they kept it simple. Origin of single hero, origin of villain, plus a couple of interesting supporting characters. The last Batman movie was a big stinking mess. It had way to many characters and various sub-plots going on.

None of the above. Simpler is better, and like someone else said, the complicated plots of big crossovers would turn to garbage on the big screen.
