was hillarious. Just got the DVD last night, never saw the movie b/c it bombed out of the theater before i got a chance but man this movie was great. I know most people probably thought it was unbearable but I always liked the skit & I thought the movie was a lot funnier than all of these teeny-bopper comedies that keep coming out every single week. Just wanted to see if anyone else liked it.

I just saw The Ladies Man this morning. The reason that I rented this movie, was that Tim Meadows' Ladies Man skit was the only good sketch on SNL at the time. Its an average comedy with some decent laughs, but around 2/3 into the movie, it nosedives into a predictable and weak ending. I give it a C but the DVD is terrible. Its not worth buying it.

I watched this on Showtime the other night for the first time. I must say, I thought it was pretty funny.

"Hey sweet thang, can I buy you a fish sandwich?"

"Hey sweet thang, I'd like to take a bite out of your but."

I cannot believe someone dug this thread up from almost 2 YEARS ago, just to give that brilliant insight

Same here. Wish he was still on SNL
Guess he realized the show majorly blows now, so he got out while he could.

Yes I did. I figured there must have been a thread around here somewhere (as opposed to starting my own).
