BTW: The image quality of the front cover isn't that good due to a lack of a hq source... so live with it ;) Oh and heres the preview: http://www.myprivateparts.net/download/cthd.jpg if you like it, you can get it only by klicking here! Hey, that LE cover kicks ass. I got myself a copy.
Hey, is anyone interested in making a cover for The Road Warrior using this ultra cool poster art? http://upx.50megs.com/cgi-bin/i/mpp_...ad_Warrior.jpg |
Yeah I'd also love to see a Road Warrior cover with the original poster art...hopefuly someone can make that happen...
...And, another great job on the CTHD LE cover Sebastian! |
|
Wow, very nice. Is there a full size, high res version available?
|
Roque588, that is AWESOME! I'd sure like to replace my crap case with that classic art. Will it be available to download?
|
Thanks for the CTHD LE cover Sebastian. looks sweet, but i see your point, the purple sky kinda looks weird compared with the rest of the cover.
Also has anyone considered making a Se7en cover using the 'Notebook" type case the disc is stored in? maybe it could be like the Evil Dead BOTD cover on dvdcoverart and just list the extras in a little box on the back. |
have we lost www.dvdcoverart.com again???
|
Really looks like dvdcoverart.com is down again :(((( I tried to reach it the whole day :( And I thought it was a problem with my ISP...
|
Anybody have DVD cover art for the movie "They Live" or can somebody put something together? I have no talent when it comes to doing this, but I'm trying to learn....:)
Thanks\1 |
I could use cover art for Snatch

DVD Cover Art down
I emailed Matt yesterday, and it may be a bandwidth problem. He's let his ISP know and is hopeful the problem will be corrected soon.

Evil Dead Trilogy LE box set art suggestions?
I've been thinking about putting together a cover for a 4-disc case to contain the Evil Dead Limited Edition trilogy, including ED:BOTD, ED2: Tin, and AOD: LE. Since the first two EDs came in nonstandard cases, I figured it was a natural. I'm looking to use a motif very simple and elegant, like Ash's silhouette with chainsaw in(stead of) hand, or the Necronomicon sitting on the table, or any number of less-cartoony (e.g. the ED2 tin, most of the art that's out there) images. You know, I want something simple but memorable, like Se7en, or the Night of the Living Dead ME.
Thoughts? CS |
How about this one... not simple, but no "cartoons" ;D

Well, darn!
Wow.
Yeah, that's almost exactly what I had in mind, down to the color scheme. Any chance there's a version without or with a different title logo? I recognize the front cover, but it looks like it was all one piece. Where did this come from? CS |
That's an amazing cover Sebastian.

Help!

CS But I have to say you will have to live with looking at it, because the design will be used for a new full color custom metal case from Paul Champagne... so give it a little time and you can put your favorite trilogy in a nice metal case :) |
Ahh, Paul Champagne...
A Champagne case, eh? So I'm going to have to put ED1 and 2 in standard Amaray keepcases after all, in order to fit them in the case? Will the case be designed for 2 singles and 1 fatty double, or will there be a version for those individuals who didn't get the LE AOD, but one of the many other incarnations? Will there be a version that can hold the Super Jewel Case that held the various picture-disk releases of ED1? What about the BOTD itself? It is essentially the same proportions as a keepcase, with 3d embellishments. Will that fit, with some squishing?
PC does beautiful work, though. CS |
Fight Club
Here is a custom Fight Club cover I whipped up.

Hey Mountain Biker & C.H.U.D.,
I sent the hi-res Road Warrior cover over to Matt for posting on www.dvdcoverart.com. So, barring it getting bounced back to me :) or any further ISP problems, check over there. |
