i never received 2 shipments from dvdboxoffice.com.
they were sent to me on dec. 20 and dec 21 last year but never showed up. i did receive some shipments from them that were sent on a later date.
i e-mailed them and they told me to wait 8 weeks which i did and after 8 weeks i mailed them again but didnt receive any reply. since them i mailed them twice more but they just don't answer my emails.

anyone with similar experiences? what should i do now?

Somewhat similar. I ordered There's Something About Mary from them when it was first released. It didn't arrive and after about 8-10 weeks (can't remember anymore) I sent them an e-mail and they did reply to it - and reshipped the DVD, which arrived a few weeks later.

Ordered two disks on Feb-06, both shipped out at the same time. One of them arrived March-2nd, the other is still missing. In the meanwhile placed another order to DVDBXO on Feb-26 which arrived March-5. Started to worry about the disk missing (since it's "brother" arrived already) but will wait till the 8 weeks period is gone and than complain. As far as I read the order threads they usually do send the replacements. Try giving them a call, maybe that speeds things up.
