need help for French dvd's shipped to US

So I finally found everything I was looking for at Planet Cinestore in France, only to find out that they don't ship to the US :(

Can someone suggest a French retailer that does ship to the US? Preferably that you've had experience with?

Thanks in advance :)

http://www.kelkoo.com is an international price comparison site which also includes DVDs. They don't have a lot of stores included, though.

Wow, when did this happen -- I just received the Truffaut box set and a bunch of other stuff from them three weeks ago.

How did you find out that they don't ship to the US?

Ted -

Read through their shipping policies that outlined charges for France, rest of Euro, and just about everyplace but the US. Then I went through the motions of ordering and couldn't select US from the drop down menu of countries.

Granted - I don't speak French so if I'm "mis-translating" then my bad...I would truly like to order this so I guess I'm going to have to find a francophile to help me through ;)

Since two years, they shipped me around 250 DVDs (I live in the Silicon Valley). Therefore I am a bit surprised by your comment.

I just checked the web pages. It may be a translation problem. (Try Prompt-Reverso [ http://translation2.paralink.com/ ] if you need an automatic translator, it works better than most of its competitors).
The shipping policies are: France/Rest of Europe/French Overseas Territories/Rest of the world (including US).

You can select the US in the drop down menu:
It is at "Etats Unis" (= United States, in french).

Notes:
While processing the first order, they will ask you to fax a copy of your Credit card and Driver's license (same as for DVDGo in spain).
The web site is buggy: Don't order more than 8 items at one time (multiple orders will be shipped altogether).
Shipping is slow: between 4 and 6 weeks.
