Euro DTS editions of Scream 3 and American Pie?

Can anyone tell me if these editions feature English language DTS sound or just German. I cannot be sure from the various site descriptions I have seen. Also reviews of special features would be most appreciated.

American Pie:
both the two-DVD SE and the movie-only DVD feature a German dts soundtrack in addition to an English DD 5.1 track - no English dts, sorry!

The french American Pie disc HAS an ENGLISH DTS track (it has a total of 7 audio track!).
It is the rated version with the option to access the unrated material while watching the movie (like the white rabbit in Matrix).

WAIT!!!... the French Scream 3 disc does indeed have an English-language dts soundtrack ... BUT!!!... only with non-optional (= non-removable) French subtitles, as you can see from the screen capture taken from that very disc:
