Ok get this: I have a i-book that has dvd rom on it right, if I hook it up to my tv right, can I watch international dvds on it?? like region 2, 3, 69 or whatever?? If so will the picture looks great?

I'm not entirely sure what an I-Book is. Can you give me a model number of the drive and the I-Book thing?

Probably not. A DVD-ROM drive isn't necessarily an all region coded player. The MPAA would not stand for that! I know for Windows machines they're is software that supposedly takes care of that, but I don't know of any for Mac.

Contact Apple for the regions your DVD drive plays, they are the only reliable source.
