I don't own the disk, but DVDCompare lists it as "region all": http://www.dvdcompare.net/comparison...hp?fid=22900#1
Blu-ray.com lists it as region "A,B,C Confirmed" and is hosting a lively discussion: http://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=279088

Also a review of it here:

Honestly, Umbrella's BDs are hit or miss.

Where's a good place to pick this up? I don't feel like spending sixty dollars or something ridiculous like that in order to get it. There was a pretty cool digibook released in Germany that sadly never saw daylight.

I started out trying to get this from Deepdiscountdvd and it ended up on backorder and they soon cancelled it after about 3 weeks. I then tried their sister site, ImportCDs.com and ordered it there (it's currently $13.79 there) It actually shipped after a week and then took a week to get to my house. Very happy with it honestly, but then the only thing I had to compare it with was the old DVD which was a mess. Umbrella does a decent job, they are certainly better than Mill Creek or formerly Echo Bridge...probably in the same breath as say Olive, along those lines.
I would also recommend from Umbrella, Road Games. Jaime Lee Curtis, Stacy Keach, very Hitchcockian. The DVD is long out of print, and the Blu-ray will run you in the $15-$20 range. Excellent movie, I remember buying the dvd when I was in college off a Hastings used rack and thinking where has this movie been all my life? Good stuff.

I got mine from amazon the other day and watched the hell out of the disc yesterday. Worked fine on my Samsung UHD. Great to see the workprint version which really changes the movie.
