This player seems to default to that "smooth motion" business that makes everything look like video. Anyone have a clue as to how to get rid of it?

Basically just posting to get you bumped back to the top so maybe it catches some more eyes and you get your answer.

I don't have a Sony player or TV but I recall Sony has something called MotionFlow on their TVs I think...don't know if it is on their players too. Don't know if you can access your player video/picture settings and maybe find any MotionFlow reference...really don't know if it makes any difference even it is there. Anyway...mainly wanted to bump you back up to the top of the forum.
