Hi,

I see that you can order a R2 Japanese version of Wild at Heart through Sazuma. I'm not willing to go the $50 price on it and was wondering if anyone knows any Japanese e-tailers? The only one I could come up with was CDJAPAN and they don't carry it. It would be much appreciated. Thanks!

This version of Wild at Heart is very bad. Colors, clarity and the letterbox ratio is supposedly incorrect. I have read many reviews of this dvd and I suggest waiting for a Region 1 release---eventually. :) I do recommend the R2's of Lynch's Lost Highway and Eraserhead (I own both). Both excellent and in their proper aspect ratio. Do a search at Deja about Wild at Heart in the alt.dvd forum. I remember it was asked a lot when I frequented that forum a few years ago.

The R2 Japanese version of Wild at Heart badly cropped (1.85 instead of 2.35) and a really bad transfer. Save your money and don't buy it. It's not worth it.
