NTSC movie region free in USA, help
Hi,
I am preparing a DVD-PAL music movie and I want the movie to be played in all popular in USA DVD players. Now I am transkoding film from PAL to NTSC. Finally I would like to prepare the movie in NTSC - region protected free (0). Somebody's told me that probably US DVD's players dont' play region protected free films and it have to be coded in region 1 for USA and Canada; is it true?? Thanks for help! Artur from Poland |
Re: NTSC movie region free in USA, help
Artur,
US DVD players will have no problem playing a region free NTSC film. Encode it to region 0 and it will be fine. Powodzenia! |

PAL to NTSC... ugh, I hate how those transfers look.

There is a little company in my town which makes them really good.
I've played PAL and NTSC film (the some one, transcoded); I've watched one version after the other and both were OK. But the transkoding technique is a very time-consumng one. PAL to NTSC... ugh, I hate how those transfers look. |
