SW DVDs in Hong Kong !?

I have a friend going to Hong Kong soon and I was wondering whether one of you guys knows, if you get the Star Wars DVDs over there and if possible the place to buy them.
I was screwed by superdvd before, so I will not try to order them over the net again...
exept someone knows a really reliable place.
Please send me a mail if you can give me a hint. Thanks a lot.

Are you sure that "Star Wars" has the DVD version in Hong kong? I don't think so. It has VCD version in HK only. You can connect to the site,DVDSHELF.COM ,to get the details.

He is talking about the bootleg versions that were made from the Laserdisc releases.
You might find them at the Temple Street markets in Kowloon near Yau Ma Tei (spelling?) subway station or you might get directed to a place where you can get them by sellers at the Golden Centre (take the subway to Shum Shui Po station and then ask directions).
