Do custom look in all packages to find out whats in them.

Not in Canada, they just check random packages and when they do, you can't miss it, what with all the "INSPECTED BY CUSTOMS" stickers they put on the box. It might not work this way in England but for Canada, they usually just charge your credit card for customs or they make you pay more when the dvd gets to your door (Express does this).

Same here, although they'll be on the lookout for packages from companies with a reputation just in case you're trying to smuggle something a bit dodgy through.
