was looking for both cuts as i loved the theatrical but wanted the international. this has both and should be seen by lovers of Asian cinema or lovers of graphic horror/thriller.
excellent!

"When you gaze into an abyss, the abyss also gazes into you."
Director Kim Jee Woon follows The Good, The Bad, The Weird with the highly anticipated, ultra-violent revenge thriller I Saw the Devil starring two of Korea's top actors. Lee Byung Hun, who has headlined Kim's last three films, faces off against award-winning actor Choi Min Sik, who starred in Kim's first film The Quiet Family back in 1998. Relentlessly treading on the thin line between man and monster, I Saw the Devil takes the audience to dark and disturbing places in its graphic depiction of the intense, gory battle that unfolds between an unhinged murderer and the man who becomes his match in his raging quest for revenge.
The police have been hunting psychopathic serial killer Kyung Chul (Choi Min Sik) for a long time, but he slips away each time, leaving behind him a gruesome trail of blood. He has taken the lives of many in the cruelest possible ways, and his latest victim is the fiancee of government agent Soo Hyun (Lee Byung Hun). Soo Hyun vows to avenge her death at all costs, but to catch the devil, he too must become a devil.
The 2-Disc Blu-ray Edition of I Saw the Devil includes both the Korean Theatrical Version and International Version of the film, and the following special features:
Making Of

Action Featurette
Costume and Makeup
Special Makeup
Interview Collection
Music Featurette

Korean releases almost always subtitle the main feature only. The only times I've seen English subtitles for the extras on a Korean release are from Korean Film Archive.
But this is the only release of "I Saw The Devil" so far to carry both cuts together that is English friendly for the feature. (The Japanese has both, but no English subtitles)

i can confirm that both cuts have nice English subs, but alas, the extras do not. Nice set though and glad to have both cuts.
