I've search for BD/DVD releases of Norwegian Wood by Tran Anh-Hung (who made the Scent of Green Papaya) and have only found these outrageously expensive editions on YesAsia:

UK DVD will be released from Soda Pictures. But release date is not fixed.

The film also has distributors in Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, and Australia, so it's a safe bet at least some of them will step up with an English-subbed DVD and/or BD. It's already opened in HK, Taiwan and South Korea, but I haven't heard anything about home video releases yet.

There's a Russian DVD available now, but the quality is poor and it only has Russian subs.

There are some editions being offered on eBay, e.g., like this one, but it's hard tell if they are legit

There is no legitimate English-subbed DVD. Plus 99.9% of DVDs on eBay that ship from HK/China/Macau are bootlegs -- that's an exaggeration but not a huge one.
