I placed 2dvd order to get free shipping
and as order status stated 2 shipment made
1 dvd each package, but I received none of
them, but they charge me already, I email
them 20days, 45 days later ask them to check it ., and got no reply at all, I've been order from them twice, and both ok, so the shipping address is correct, did they just
charge you, and send you nothing at all,
has any of you having this kind of trouble

I have ordered from them a few times and never had any problems, saying that they are not very good at answering e-mails...I mailed them once to let them know of a misprice and they never answered me...
