Did anyone ever loose any DVD at custom check-point?
I've ordered 20 DVDs from Hivizone and today received only 19 of them. I'd like to think that it is Hivizone's fault but when I look at the box, where Hivizone had a sticker seal and that seal has been cut open and taped over http://talk.dvdtalk.com/ubb/frown.gif money |
If they've seized stuff for whatever reason, you should get a seizure notice shortly. If you don't complain like mad. i've heard many reports of discs going "walkies" at Customs, even totally inoffensive ones, so I guess there must be a few Customs men who are working on their collections...

It was a Fong Sai Yuk (Jet Li) movie. I haven't had much luck with Hivizone lately. I usually get my orders in about 2 weeks by Register Air Mail. Last order I placed on 07-02 for 39 DVDs and paid $57.50 for SpeedPost, I still have not receive it yet. Email them last night and they told me it will be ship 07-12. That 10 days after I've placed my order. Hell, which mean I won't get them until this Saturday 07-15. Turned out to be the same amount of time if I had it shipped via Register Air Mail (cheaper too...!) http://talk.dvdtalk.com/ubb/frown.gif money |
