Re: muitl region dvds
Many times, Warner titles are multi-region coded, especially animated works. All the Looney Tunes sets are region 1 and 4 encoded. I can't give you a definitive answer, but www.dvdcompare.net has some good info, but as for multi-region coding and curious about discs, if the disc has spanish/potuguese language audio tracks from Warner Brothers, most likely region 4 encoded.
I'd say make it easier and get a region free player.

While I can't say for sure the Justice League complete series is encoded for region 4, I can tell you that the individual season 1 and season 2 releases were (I though the complete set was just a repackage with a bonus disc). It's a question I've answered many times on the Toonzone forums.
Dispite claiming to be R1 on the packaging, it's been years since any WB animated DC title has been R1 only. They're not exactly region free, but every release since and including Batman: TAS volume 2 has been encoded for R1, R2, R3 and R4. This includes therefore...
Batman: TAS volume 2, 3 & 4
Superman: TAS volume 1, 2 & 3
Justice League (Unlimited) volume 1, 2, 1 & 2
The Batman season 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & Vs. Dracula
Teen Titans season 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & Trouble in Tokyo
Super-Friends, all releases (except Challenge of the Super-Friends season 1)
Legion of Super-Heroes volume 1, 2 & 3
Batman: The Brave and the Bold, season 1 volume 1 & season 1 volume 2
All DC Animated Universe titles
The All New Adventures of Batman
The All New Adventures of Superman
Aquaman
...And so on.
Exclusions are prior to this, so Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, R1, Mystery of the Batwoman, R1, R3 & R4, Batman: TAS volume 1, R1, Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker (cut) R1.
This applies to any first releases of a title as they're the versions I have.
WB still encode the DC movies though for R1 only, ie: Watchmen, Jonah Hex etc.
