Three Kings shipped on 4/8/2000 from Reel and I still haven't received it. Normally I wouldn't be to worried about it, because most of the time I receive my preorders exactly one week after the street date (on a tuesday). Lately however, I always received them a few days after the street date (on wednesday, thursday or friday).

Is anyone from Europe still waiting for it?

On another note: On 4/3/2000, they shipped Jumanji CE and I still haven't received that either. From about 30 shipments from Reel, this would be the very first lost package.

Yeah, still haven't received mine. This is my first order with Reel, usually order with Amazon, which arrives after about 10 days. So good to compare, but this is taking slightly longer.

Pre-ordered mine and I received it on Saturday 15th. I love in the UK. Hope that helps.

Salaman - I had Three Kings shipped on 4/8 and it arrived yesterday (17th). However I also had another dvd shipped on 4/3/2000 (Wages of Fear) and I haven't had that yet either. Can you let me know if and when Jumanji turns / turned up?

mine was also shipped on 4/8 and hasn't arrived yet,i'm not to worried about it ,usually it takes about 10-12 days before i receive my reel shipments.
only once one of my orders did't arrive ,when i informed reel about it they refunded me without any problems at all.

I had the CE of Robocop and Cannibal! the Musical shipped on 27/3 but haven't received either of them. I e-mailed them yesterday so hopefully they'll send me them.

My dvds including three kings were shipped on 4/8, but I do not received yet.
It usually take 10 to 20 days to receive dvds from ree.

I usually order my dvds from Reel, I have not experienced any lose.

Ok, I received Three Kings yesterday, together with FOUR other DVD's! Three were from Reel, shipped on 4/12, the other one was the free Insider from Amazon, shipped on 4/13.
Still no Jumanji (shipped on 4/3) though...

I have to just add what a bloody brilliant film Three Kings is....I wasn't too keen on watching it, but thoroughly enjoyed it!

I too haven't received my "Cannibal: The Musical" shipped on 27th March. Seems like there's something up with this title (apart from the 4 delays they had on receiving the shipment themselves).

I'm still waiting for Cannibal, shipped on 27/3.

However both Three Kings and the Insider arrived, having been sent on 8/4...

I received four e-mails from Reel yesterday. Two were cancelling the orders and apologising for them not turning up and then another two with new orders for the two films. Last Friday, I received Three Kings sent on April 8th. So it took about 13 days, but anyway, I received.
